Houston police have released surveillance video of two suspects wanted in a robbery at 8205 Cullen Boulevard about 5:05 p.m. on Sunday (January 26).

The suspects are described only as two young black males.  One was wearing a black hooded jacket and the other wore a yellow hooded jacket and was armed with a pistol.  Surveillance video and photos of the wanted suspects are attached to this news release.

One male victim, 18, was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.

Two male employees were working in a cell phone store at the above address when the suspects, one armed with a pistol, entered the store.  At gunpoint, the suspects demanded cash and cell phones.  During the robbery, the suspect in the yellow jacket fired multiple shots at one of the employees (victim) who, at that time, was not struck by the gunfire.  As the employee attempted to run out the front door, he was shot multiple times by the suspect.  Both suspects then fled the scene on foot into the surrounding neighborhood.  The other employee was not injured.

Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the wounded male to an area hospital.

Anyone with information on the identities of the wanted suspects or in this case is urged to contact the HPD Robbery Division at 713-308-0700 or speak anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
