WHERE: 2800 block of Tierwester St. 77004.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $226,700 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $225,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the top floor of a 3-story townhome. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. Crews controlled the fire and extinguished hotspots in the void spaces. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 47 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Station 7, 23, 8, 46, 18, 25, 24 and Heavy Rescue 11.
