WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: December 22, 2024 at 2:23 a.m.
WHERE: 15800 block of Reddy Ln. 77053.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $90,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $80,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from the roof of a 1-story house. They pulled the ceiling to expose the fire in the attic. The roof was ventilated, and a primary search was completed. Crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. 43 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 80, 2, 59, 68, 47, 48, 82, 55, 24 and Rescue 10.
