DAMAGE: $125,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation (appears to be accidental).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from a small duplex apartment. They made an offensive attack and confirmed everyone was safely outside. The fire was controlled, and the utilities were secured. CenterPoint was requested and the American Red Cross was notified. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 48 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 39, 45, 9, 19, 27, 18 and 30.
