CAUSE: Unintentional.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a residential garage on fire and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary search of the home and garage, ventilated the smoke with a fan and extinguished the fire. An electric bug zapper had been left on in the area of origin and appeared to have been the cause of the fire. Crews turned the power off and advised the tenant to have an electrician look at the home before turning the power back on. 36 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 76, 83, 86, 75, 10 and 57.
