WHERE: Winkler at the Gulf Freeway, 77017.

DAMAGE: $200,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Firefighters arrived on scene to find heavy fire coming from a 1-story building and made a defensive attack. They extinguished the fire and cordoned off the area around a downed powerline. The building had previously burned and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 38 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 36, 23, 20, 26, 29, 40, 24 and Rehab 17.
