CAUSE: Accidental.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find smoke coming from a 1-story building (church) and gained entry. They made an interior attack and ventilated the structure. A primary search was completed with no one found and crews extinguished the fire. An employee had been welding when insulation caught fire and spread to the ceiling. 43 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 19, 20, 12, 27, 42, 45, 24 and Rescue 42.
