INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $1,900,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $200,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical failure, malfunction, other).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find a second-floor apartment unit on fire and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed with no one found. They quickly extinguished the fire and completed extensive overhaul. 33 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 68, 2, 15, 28, 10, 51 and 73.
