Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the deaths of two men found at 9750 Windwater Drive about 1:40 p.m. on Monday (May 27).
The identities and causes of death of the men, in their 20s, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Lopez and Detective N. Sharp reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a drowning in a lake at the above address and were informed a tenant of a nearby apartment complex found the body of a male in the water. Officers and responding Houston Fire Department paramedics then found a second body near the first male. The HPD Dive Dive responded to the scene and recovered the bodies. Both men were pronounced deceased by HFD paramedics. There were no apparent signs of trauma or foul play.
The investigation is pending autopsy results.
