| Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 1900 Dorsett Street about 7:20 a.m. on Sunday (February 4).
The identity of the deceased male, 39, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Patterson and Officer M. Keita reported:
The male was driving a black Ford Edge northbound near the above address when, for unknown reasons, he failed to stay in a single lane and left the roadway. The Ford then struck a parked box trailer truck.
Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
No other vehicles or persons were involved in this crash.
