Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man that occurred at 8311 Flossie Mae about 11:05 p.m. last Wednesday (November 22).
The victim, 25, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults Unit Officers M. Barrow and R. Watson reported:
The victim arrived to a residence on Flossie Mae to visit an acquaintance when, while still sitting inside his vehicle, a suspect appeared and began to shoot at the victim. The victim drove away from the scene and stopped at a nearby gas station to call for help. Paramedics arrived and transported him to the hospital. He sustained wounds to one of his eyes and wrists.
The victim advised investigators he knows the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
