WHERE: 900 block of W. Rittenhouse St. 77091.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $25,000 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $25,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find fire coming from a vacant unsecured house. They made an attack on the fire and ventilated the roof. The crews extinguished the fire and requested HFD Arson investigators to determine the cause and origin. 40 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 31, 67, 15, 58, 96 and 28.
