CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental (kitchen fire).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within three minutes to find fire and smoke coming from a 2-story apartment building. The crews made an attack on the fire and contained it to the first floor. The building was ventilated, and a primary search was completed. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 47 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 2, 59, 68, 10, 51, 73, 82 and 24.
