CAUSE: Unitentional (Cutting, welding too close to combustibles).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find a fire inside the wall of a small warehouse. They breached the wall and extinguished the fire. The utilities were secured, and crews insured there was no extension. 39 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 4, 5, 50, 57, 77, 56 and Hazmat.
