WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: September 20, 2023, at 10:51 p.m.
WHERE: 4100 block of Trail Lake Dr. 77045.
INJURIES: One civilian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

DAMAGE: $150,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: HFD Arson investigators ruled the cause as accidental.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find heavy fire coming from the side of a 1-story house and made an offensive attack. They conducted a primary and secondary search. The roof was ventilated, and the fire was extinguished. One civilian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. 36 personnel were dispatched to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 21, 2, 59, 47, 48 and 24.
