CAUSE: Unintentional (candle).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find heavy fire coming from a second-floor apartment unit. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. A fan was used to ventilate the unit and the fire was quickly controlled. 45 personnel were dispatched to this incident, with crews from Stations 23, 20, 26, 17, 18, 27, 40, 42, 30, Rescue 42 and Rehab 17.
