WHAT: House fire.
WHEN: July 19, 2023, at 10:52 p.m.
WHERE: 11000 block of Sela Ln. 77072.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $126,600 in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $90,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Unintentional (electrical).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes to find fire coming from the roof of a 1-story house and made an offensive attack. A primary search was completed and clear. The utilities were secured and once the fire was extinguished, crews used a fan to remove the smoke. 37 personnel responded to this incident, including crews from Stations 2, 68, 83, 10, 51, 73 and 76.
