ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find smoke coming from a 2-story house and made an offensive attack on a fire in the kitchen. The fire was controlled, and a primary search was clear. The fire appeared to have originated from a shorted power strip. Crews from Stations 59 and 80 responded to this incident.
