3RD UPDATE: Wanted Suspect Arrested in November Fatal Shooting at 11575 Bissonnet Street

A suspect wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of two men at 11575 Bissonnet Street about 11:15 p.m. on November 17 is now in custody.

The suspect, Bradlyn Alex Mckay, 18, is charged with capital murder in the 184th State District Court. A previous photo of McKay, who is in custody in Louisiana, is attached to this news release.

The victims are identified as Anthony Palacios, 19, and Ivan Rojas 29.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives W. Huff and J. Nguyen reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found Mr. Palacios and Mr. Rojas lying in the parking lot of a convenience store. They had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and paramedics pronounced them deceased.

Further investigation identified McKay as the shooter. He was subsequently charged on December 16 and arrested without incident in the state of Louisiana on Tuesday, December 20. He will be extradited to Harris County.
