CAUSE: Failure of equipment or heat source.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from the roof of a large warehouse. They made entry and conducted a primary search. A fire was found on the roof caused by a faulty security light wire. The power was shut off to the building and the fire was extinguished within about 20 minutes. Crews from Stations 5, 5, 13, 62, 77 and 57 responded to this incident.
