WHERE: 7500 block of Satsuma, 77023
INJURIES: No reported injuries.
PROPERTY SAVED: $160 thousand in estimated property saved.
DAMAGE: $70 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within six minutes to find smoke coming from a 1-story home. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The fire was extinguished, and a fan was used to ventilate the house. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 23, 20, 26, 40 and 18 responded to this incident.
