| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman and a juvenile male that occurred at 8300 Denton Street about 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday (February 16).
The victims, 21 and 15, were transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective M. DeLeon and Officers R. Cook and J. Blum reported:
The juvenile male was standing outside of the female’s vehicle while she sat in the passenger seat in a parked car at the above address The unknown suspect(s) then drove by in black four-door sedan and fired at the victims from the rear driver’s side window. Both victims were struck by the gunfire and were transported to the hospital by Houston Fire Department paramedics.
The suspects fled in an unknown direction. At this time, there is no known motive.
