| Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 6400 Hillcroft Avenue that occurred about 2:05 p.m. on Tuesday (September 28).
The victim, 37, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detectives M. Combs and A. Barker reported:
The victim and an unknown suspect got into a verbal altercation in the parking lot at the above address. While the victim was on the sidewalk, the suspect, in a yellow SUV, shot the victim multiple times and then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.
The suspect is described only as a black male, 30 to 40 years of age.
