Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 7455 Little York Road about 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday (June 1).
The victim, 32, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers D. Crandall and G. Black reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in the parking lot of a convenience store at the above address and found the victim with gunshot wounds to his left foot and thigh. Officers learned a gray vehicle of unknown make and model, with at least two persons inside, drove by at least once before one of the suspects, armed with an assault-style rifle, fired multiple shots toward the store, striking the victim. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to the hospital.
At this time, there is no known suspect description.
