Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man after he was transported from 5715 Heron Drive about 2:30 a.m. today (January 14).
The victim, Joseph Kasavage, 60, suffered wounds to his head.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Condon and J. Brown reported:
HPD patrol officers were called to a hospital and discovered Mr. Kasavage was pronounced deceased with head wounds. The subsequent investigation revealed he and a suspect were involved in a physical confrontation at a residence at the above address that led to Kasavage being wounded. The suspect drove Kasavage to the hospital where he died.
Currently, there are no charges in this incident, pending further investigation and an autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
