Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 402 Edgebrook Drive about 12:30 a.m. today (September 4).
The identity of the victim, 32, and his cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant S. Murdock reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call in a convenience store parking lot at the above address and found the victim unresponsive inside a pickup truck. Officers performed CPR on the victim until Houston Fire Department paramedics arrived and transported him to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A witness stated he heard loud voices speaking in Spanish and then a loud banging or car door slamming.
At this time, there are no known suspects.
