Officers responded to an assault at a night club at the above address and upon arrival observed the suspects on top of Chamizo, restraining him.  As the officers approached, the suspects stated he (Chamizo) was “violent”.  The officers placed handcuffs on Chamizo and rolled him over in an attempt to sit him up.  At that time, the officers noted Chamizo was not breathing nor did he have a pulse.  The officers then removed the handcuffs and began CPR.  Arriving Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Chamizo to the hospital.
