Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a woman found at 16192 Blue Ridge Road about 3 p.m. on October 7, 2017.
The suspect, Deshaun St. Julien (b/m, 33), is charged with murder in the 179th State District Court. A booking photo of St. Julien is attached to this news release.
The female victim, Cloatee Hubbard, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Thomas and Officer R. Moss reported:
A passerby discovered the victim, later identified as Ms. Hubbard aka “Lil’ Mo,” lying in a field at the above address and contacted authorities. Hubbard had been shot multiple times.
Further investigation identified St. Julien as the suspect in this case and he was arrested without incident on Tuesday (Feb. 23).
