| Charges have been filed against a second suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 103 Goodson Drive about 2:40 a.m. on October 29, 2023.
The suspect, Orlando Antonio Colindres-Cueva, 21, is charged with murder in the 182nd State District Court.
Another suspect, Jose Revolorio-Good, 24, was previously arrested and charged with murder in the 488th State District Court.

Both men are accused in the death of Juan Cruz Arriaza, 46.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N. Miyako and Detective C. Bowling reported:
Officers responded to a shooting call in an apartment complex parking lot at the above address and found the victim unresponsive. He had been shot at least one time. Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene. He was later identified as Mr. Cruz Arriaza.
Further investigation identified Revolorio-Good as the suspect in this case. He was already in custody at the Harris County Joint Processing Center on unrelated charges. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was consulted and Revolorio-Good was charged on Nov. 22, 2023 for his role in this incident.
Additional investigation identified Colindres-Cueva as an additional suspect in this case. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and Colindres-Cueva, already in custody on unrelated charges, was subsequently charged for his role in this incident.
