WHAT: 2-Alarm Apartment Fire

INJURIES: One citizen transported to the hospital.

DAMAGE: $100 thousand in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene within four minutes to find three apartment units on fire in a 2-story apartment building. They made an offensive attack and conducted a primary search. The fire was upgraded to a second alarm within about 20 minutes and HPD was requested for crowd and traffic control. One civilian was treated and transported to the hospital. Crews from Stations 8, 26, 35, 36, 52, 20, 21, 29, 40, 46, 33, 16, 18, Heavy Rescue 11 and Rescue 42.
