WHAT: Residential structure fire.
WHEN: June 6, 2024, at 5:29 a.m.
WHERE: 1000 block of Yale St. 77008.
INJURIES: No reported injuries.

DAMAGE: $250,000 in estimated damage.
CAUSE: Under investigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Firefighters arrived on scene to find fire coming from a 2-story residential building under renovation. A primary search was completed with no one found. Crews rotated as they made an attack on the fire. The fire was extinguished and HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin. 46 personnel responded to this incident, including firefighters from Stations 15, 6, 31, 9, 11, 12, 16 and 24.
