Suspects Arrested, Charged and One Wanted in Deceased Male Found at 7300 Schuller Street

Houston police have arrested two suspects charged in the death of a male and are seeking a third who is charged and wanted in the death of a male found at 7300 Schuller Street about 1:30 a.m. last Friday (March 13).

Frankie Earline Williams (b/f, 18) is charged with murder in the 177th State District Court. She is currently at large. Shannon Williams (b/m, 19) and Desman Tolliver (b/m, 19) are in custody and charged with tampering with evidence – human remains in the 178th State District Court. The victim, James Earl Harp, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers S. Ragsdale and A. Graf reported:

The victim got into a verbal altercation with friends which led to him being kicked out of the house. The incident escalated further and the victim was shot. He was then put in the bed of a pickup truck and taken to a different location.

A male victim matching the description of the male placed in the pickup truck was found later in the evening in a drainage ditch at the above address. Further investigation determined the deceased male was the victim (Mr. Harp). Frankie Williams, Shannon Williams and Tolliver were identified as suspects in the incident.

The same day (March 13) both Shannon Williams and Tolliver were subsequently charged and arrested for their roles in the incident. On Sunday (March 15) Frankie Williams was also charged for her role in the incident.
