Officers responded to a disturbance call outside a night club at the above address and spoke with a security guard who stated multiple suspects, possibly juveniles, were at the location with a weapon. As officers investigated the incident, the suspects, who were near the scene, discharged a handgun towards the officers’ location prior to fleeing on foot.

Additional investigation, including a National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) match to bullet casings recovered at the scene, led to the identification of Gomez as a suspect in this case.
