Surveillance Video Released in Fatal Shooting at 12300 Aldine Westfield Road

Houston police have released surveillance video of a possible suspect wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12300 Aldine Westfield Road about 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday (May 14).

The possible suspect is described only as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, wearing a light-colored shirt and dark-colored shorts.  Surveillance video of the male seen running from the area is posted on the HPD YouTube channel at

The identity of the victim, believed to be in his mid-20s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Fay and T. Terry reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at Keith-Weiss Park at the above address and found the victim deceased next to a pickup truck.  Witnesses reported the shooter fled on foot into the nearby park woods.
