Surveillance Video in Fatal Shooting at 13000 Elaine Road

Houston police have released surveillance video in the fatal shooting of a man found in the 13000 block of Elaine Road about 5:35 a.m. today (Nov. 20).

The video shows a suspect vehicle described only as a white Dodge pickup truck and an unidentified suspect wearing what appears to be a white shirt.  The surveillance video is attached to this news release.

The identity of the victim, believed to be in his 30s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Olive and Detective T. Tyler reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a call of a man lying on the side of the road at the above address and found the victim unresponsive.  He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.

An initial investigation and surveillance video determined about 11:15 p.m. on Sunday evening (November 19), a white Dodge pickup truck stopped at the above address and movement can be seen outside of the passenger side. One suspect then gets into the front passenger side as the vehicle drives away.
