The shooting of a man at 5201 Market Street about 2:45 p.m. on Monday (Oct. 2) will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.
The victim, 58, of the above address, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Officers E. Wohlgemuth and D. Williamson reported:
The victim and his brother got into an argument that became physical while inside their apartment at the above address. During the altercation, a pistol was discharged multiple times, striking one of the brothers. Houston Fire Department paramedics were called to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital.
