Houston police are investigating the shooting of a man at 2046 Cortlandt about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 16).
The victim, Piotr Lewandowski, 38, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Officers V. Habukiha and R. Naughton reported:
Mr. Lewandowski was walking his dog at the above address when an unknown male drove up and began shooting at him. The suspect then got out of his vehicle, a silver or tan four-door sedan, and continued shooting at Lewandowski, striking him twice. The unidentified suspect then fled the scene.
