Houston police are investigating the shooting of a male that occurred at 4250 West 34th Street about 1:25 a.m. today (June 12).
The victim, Anthony Smith, 39, was transported to an area hospital.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Officers G. Black and A. Hernandez reported:
HPD officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found Mr. Smith had been shot by unknown suspects as he walked to his apartment. He was shot in the abdomen and transported to an area hospital where he is in stable condition.
