Houston police are investigating the death of a man that occurred at 5050 Campbell Road about 11:10 a.m. on Saturday (January 11).
The victim, Richard Bringer, 46, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives R. Olive and S. Sylvester reported:
Mr. Bringer was at the packing plant business at the above address, repairing a paper baler that had an oil leak. While making the repairs, another employee, who did not see Bringer was inside, turned on the baler, killing him.
There are no charges in the incident as the investigation is ongoing.
