Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on a man found deceased at 1200 Old Spanish Trail about 3:20 p.m. on Monday (March 22).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants A. Lopez and M. Holbrook and Detectives D. Higgs and K. Fregia reported:
Detectives were notified that a man was missing since last Friday (March 19) after failing to report to his dialysis appointment. On Monday, (March 22), detectives learned the missing person was possibly in the area of Old Spanish Trail and Kirby where he was eventually located inside his vehicle in a grocery store parking lot. Paramedics pronounced him deceased.
There were no signs of foul play observed at the scene.
