Investigation into Male’s Death at 6300 Washington Avenue

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 6300 Washington Avenue about 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday (March 14).  

The identity of the male, 45, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Casso reported:  

HPD patrol officers and Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to a person down call at a storage facility at the above address.  Officers were directed to a storage unit where a male was found unresponsive.  Paramedics pronounced him deceased.

At this time, there are no signs of foul play and it is believed the man died from natural causes.  The investigation is pending his cause of death, to be determined by an autopsy.
