Investigation into Male’s Death at 100 Hogan

Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 100 Hogan about 9:30 a.m. today (May 13).

The man’s identity and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Condon and G. Sullivan reported:

The victim, a black male believed to be approximately 40 to 60 years old, was found floating in White Oak Bayou close to the Crockett Street bridge over North Interstate Highway 45.  He was wearing blue jeans, a blue and white wind breaker and size 11 basketball type shoes.  He had numerous tattoos, including the following on his arms:  RIP Cleo, RIP James RH, Lil B, and a Grim Reaper wearing a jester hat with four ace playing cards.  He also had a feeding tube in his stomach and a tracheotomy.
