Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 4005 Hollister about 5 p.m. on Monday (May 14).
The victim, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives I. Ulloa, E. Wohlgemuth and A. Lopez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting in-progress call at the above address. Upon arrival, they observed the victim lying at the front entrance of a convenience store. Houston Fire Department paramedics also responded and pronounced him deceased.
There are no known suspects in this case.
