| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 3600 Yosemite Street about 7 p.m. on Thursday (January 30).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives L. Lange and C. Lamont reported:
HPD Southeast Patrol Division officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found the victim with gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A witness reported seeing a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Honda Accord or similar vehicle, flee the scene immediately after the shooting.
