| Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 12610 Ashford Meadow Drive about 11 a.m. today (February 20).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Casso and Detective K. Heaverlo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a person down at an apartment complex at the above address and found the victim unresponsive in the back room of an apartment. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. He had sustained gunshot wounds.
At this time, there is no known motive or suspect(s).
