Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men and wounding of a woman that occurred at 1000 Lathrop about 5:15 p.m. on Sunday (March 29).
The identities of the male victims, 22 and 38 , are pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Burrow and Detectives P. Pak and C. Flora reported:
Officers responded to a report of multiple shootings at multiple address in northeast Houston. Officers determined the addresses were close to one another and involved three victims. Further investigation indicated the primary shooting scene was at the above address where one deceased male and the wounded female were found in the street near a vehicle.
The woman, 41, was transported to an area hospital. The second male was located at 7300 Boyce where he was pronounced dead.
It is believed the shooting was the result of a long-standing feud. No charges have been filed at this time, as the the investigation is continuing.
