HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant  D. Rose reported:

The driver of a black Infiniti F35 was traveling southbound near the above address while a black Dodge Grand Caravan was at a stop sign in the 2800 block of Broadmead Drive at the intersection of South Main.  The driver of the Dodge made a right turn onto South Main and was struck by the Infiniti.

The drivers of both vehicles were transported to an area hospital. The driver of the Dodge was pronounced deceased.  The driver of the Infiniti, who was believed to be impaired, was not injured.  A preliminary investigation indicated the driver of the Dodge failed to yield the right-of-way.
