A man critically injured in a crash at 10500 Homestead Road about 8 a.m. on November 5 has died.
The identity of the victim, 60, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division D. Arnold and Northeast Patrol Division Officers reported:
The victim was driving a gold Chevrolet Suburban westbound on Calgary Street when he failed to yield the right of way leaving a stop sign at the Homestead Road intersection. His vehicle was then struck by a black Dodge Charger traveling northbound on Homestead. The victim and the Dodge’s female driver, 30, were transported to area hospitals.
The Chevrolet driver was pronounced deceased on Tuesday (Nov. 26) at Memorial Hermann Hospital. The female driver did not sustain life-threatening injuries.
