Houston police are investigating the assault of a man that occurred at 12821 Westheimer Road about 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday (July 30).
The victim, Jalane Tracy, 25, was transported to Southwest Memorial Hermann Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers A. Barker and M. Combs reported:
Mr. Tracy reported he was inside a barber shop at the above address when five unknown black males confronted him. Tracy stated he did not remember what happened, but woke up on the floor, bleeding. Tracy’s girlfriend was outside in their vehicle and stated she saw the suspects flee the scene on foot. When she went inside, Tracy was on the floor experiencing a seizure.
