UPDATE: Surveillance Video, Photos of Suspects Wanted in Man’s Death at 6345 Windswept

Houston police have released surveillance video and photos of two suspects wanted in the death of a man found at 6345 Windswept Lane about 4:45 a.m. on December 15, 2017.

The two suspects are described as Hispanic males, 35 to 40 years of age with medium complexions.  One suspect is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 160 to 170 pounds.  The other suspect is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 170 to 180 pounds.

The suspects are wanted in the death of Cesar A. Morales, 40, who sustained bruising to his face and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives J. Villareal and W. Huff reported:

Officers responded to a call reporting a death outside a business at the above address and found Mr. Morales lying on the sidewalk and unresponsive.  Paramedics pronounced him deceased.

A passerby noticed Morales lying on the sidewalk in the 2 a.m. hour, but did not witness any incident.

Further investigation determined the two suspects seen in a surveillance video confronting Morales have been observed in the strip shopping center on numerous occasions, but their identities are unknown.
